Although we provide a highly personalised, bespoke service this is not reflected in our fee structure. We believe the highest of standards and service levels can be achieved without an artificially high price being charged.
Our fee structure for preparing the property description, taking dimensions, printing a personalised brochure, ultra wide angle photography, 360 virtual tours, 2D, 3D and interactive floor plans, video presentation, allocated personal property assistance, weekly progress report, advertising on leading industry web portals, assisted viewing, negotiation and sale is a fixed fee of £3,000 plus .25% plus vat. All payable on completion.
For Example:
The sale of a £1 million home is as follows:
Fixed fee £3,000
.25% of the £1 million sale price ....£2,500
Total fee to pay £5,500 plus VAT
Compare this to the commission charged by a high end estate agent which would be approximately 2.5 % of the sale price and gives you a fee of: £22,000
On top of which there would be the additional charge for marketing, such as brochures etc this can be anything up to £3,000 (normally an upfront payment)
The final payment in commission fees to the agent would be a whopping £25,000 !
This makes our charges very competitive and a good deal less than comparable estate agents.
