(Full Virtual Tour - Creates panoramic views of all rooms and allows potential buyers to feel they have viewed already. Cuts down on wasted viewings and is a great sales tool. We go the extra mile and include garden areas/grounds where ever possible).
- A video presentation of the property with professional voice-over
We make a professionally edited video of your property and grounds which really presents your property to its best.
- 2D, 3D and interactive floor plan.
2D floor plans - A great way to show the layout of your property with the sizes and proportion of each room in relation to each other.
3D floor plans - Gives your property a show house appearance by inserting fixtures and fittings automatically. Gives a deeper prospective to viewers.
- Energy Performance Certificates.
Energy performance certificate - If you are looking to sell you will need an EPC. Our EPCs are carried out by our qualified staff at the same time as the home visit to save you time and are ready within 24 hours to get your property on the market very quickly.
- Allocated personal property representative.
Personal assistant - To assist you with any questions or queries such as progress tracking. They liaise between all the property professionals involved in the sale of your property.
